B2B - List Prices ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify application that shows your B2B customers their catalog price alongside your regular list price. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

When you install and use B2B - List Prices, we collect:

• Shop access token and session data — stored in our database to authenticate API calls on your behalf. This includes your shop domain, access token, and token scope.
• Product and variant prices — your shop's regular (non-catalog) prices, fetched on demand and cached briefly (a few minutes) to display the comparison to your logged-in B2B customers.
• App settings — the label text and enable/disable preferences you configure for the storefront price comparison block.
• B2B buyer status at checkout — our checkout extension reads whether the person checking out is a logged-in B2B company contact (the company and company location they're purchasing on behalf of), solely to decide whether to display the regular list price alongside their catalog price. This is read and used entirely within the checkout extension itself and is never sent to or stored on our servers.

We do not collect or store customer personal information (names, emails, addresses, or payment data).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your Shopify store and read your product prices.
• To display the regular list price alongside the catalog price to your logged-in B2B customers.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Data Retention

• All session, settings, and cached price data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstall, in response to Shopify's shop/redact webhook.
• Cached price data expires automatically within minutes regardless of uninstall.

5. GDPR & Your Rights

We hold shop session tokens, app settings, and a short-lived price cache. To exercise any rights or request deletion, contact us below.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and access tokens are stored securely.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
